Training for the Hyannis 10k is going slow but steady. After a week in Florida I jumped back into training and ran 35 mins today, which reminds me, I need to pack my Garmin for tomorrow's run. Tomorrow I have a 45 min run scheduled.
I want to give a shout out to Mark who survived the 14th ANNUAL BOSTON PREP 16 MILER in NH yesterday. Good job Mark!
