St. Francis 5K....NEW PR!!!
I came into this race really wanting to set a PR. Mission Accomplished! NEW PR 27:35!!!10 seconds faster then my previous PR. I am really excited right now. I have one more race on the schedule for this season, the Mews Gear and Beer 5K in November. I will beat my new PR at that race!!!!

Congrats Shawn!! Nice time. We are thinking about hitting the track this coming week to do some intervals if you are interested. Im sure you will rock the Mews 5k (even with those hills).
