Sorry I haven't updated my blog lately. Busy with life. I plan on jumping back into blogging shortly. Tomorrow I am going for a 2nd opinion on my left knee. I just really want to know if I can run again or not without surgery. I want to keep surgery as a last resort. I have run a 5k and walked tons of miles with no ill effects with my left knee. No extra swelling or pain. I do still have swelling in the knee, but the doctor said that its not doing anything for it and I should drain it or take a cortisone shot to get rid of the swelling. So we'll see about that.
