I am having the same ankle problem that I had back in May, it takes about 2 miles for my left ankle to loosens up. Its really annoying. It took about a month for it to go away. but, I guess I will just live with it.

I remember that ankle problem from before. Weird. I guess if it doesn't keep you from training then just keep on going.

What a pain. You know, I'm have the same pains I've had all year - runner's knee. I'm working through it and it does seem to be getting better. If I want to run, I am just going to have to accept the fact that I need to stretch and do my rehab exercises EVERY day!!!

I think for some of us, running is just hard on the body and we require extra maintenance.
